Please join us Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, for the 30^th annual CAPER, a post-game party benefiting Family & Children’s Place. The celebration follows the University of Louisville Cardinals-Virginia Tech men’s basketball game in the Archibald Cochran Ballroom of the Galt House Hotel.

The fundraiser, which supports our work to prevent and treat child violence, abuse and neglect,  features live and silent auctions, fun and games, food and desserts from local restaurants.

Additionally, this year the agency – with event co-hosts Denny and Susan Crum – will present its second annual Denny Crum Community Service Award. Crum received the inaugural award at last year’s CAPER.

CAPER revenue supports critical programs and services for child survivors of abuse and their families, needed now more than ever in Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana. Annually, F&CP helps more than 6,000 children and family members, and every dollar raised at CAPER and other agency events help end the suffering for children hurt by violence, abuse and neglect.

General admission tickets are $40 and children 12 and under are free.
