Thursday, February 17^th marks the 7^th annual Children’s Advocacy Day at the state capitol.  The event, to be kicked off by a 10 a.m. rally in the Capitol Rotunda, is designed to garner legislative support for programming that improves family health, juvenile justice, and early childhood education.  A widely-backed agenda entitled the 2011 “Blueprint for Kentucky’s Children” outlines policy changes to do just that.
