Whether you hook, slice, fade or are a hole in one ace, you’re going to want to find a foursome and register for the Family & Children’s Place 12^th annual Golf Scramble.

Cost for the Friday, June 12 scramble, at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club, is just $840 per foursome (with no sponsorship) or $210 for an individual. The fee covers 18 holes of golf, a golf cart and lunch, along with prizes, giveaways and entertainment. But it also helps Family & Children’s Place prevent and stop child violence, abuse and neglect, and provide critical healing therapies.

Tee time is 1:30 p.m., in a standard best ball format, on a course that won the 2007 Golf Digest Outstanding Design Award. Sponsorship opportunities are still available, for example, Hole Partner at $250, Birdie Partner at $1,300, and Hole in one Partner at $5,000.

Every dollar will give a child the chance to grow up happy and healthy and enjoy meaningful relationships with friends, family and others. That’s even better than a hole in one!
