On Thursdays, after physical activity, out of school students have “Staff Torture,” a time where students that receive Ubuntu tickets (earned by good behavior/above and beyond behavior), and choose a staff member to tease.

Some pick throwing water balloons, while others want to pie a staff member in the face. Junior staff isn’t safe from this activity, so even they got soaked and creamed. It’s a fun team building time for everyone and we have program-wide water balloon fights at the end!
