This summer not only did out of school students have fun at Youth Build, they also took a couple field trips. One was with PAL Coalition students to Bernheim Forest. It was amazing!

Bernheim funded us to do the Wilson Creek exploration, where we walked a trail to a creek to catch crawfish. Staff there gave us lessons about the origination of their forest, and then we got to explore the other parts of Bernheim.

We got to play kickball after lunch and to walk out on the Tree Canopy. It was a great day with great people!
